The article of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, according to which law enforcement officers initiated proceedings on the fact of a missile strike on a shopping mall in Kremenchuk, provides for life imprisonment. Interior Minister Denys Monastyrskyy announced during a briefing today, June 28.
"Apart from putin, the direct perpetrators will be punished for this crime. The criminal proceedings are being conducted by the Security Service of Ukraine. Analysts of the Security Service of Ukraine and the National Police have defined which russian air regiment committed this crime. There are already the first names of pilots who flew on the Tu-22 and fired fatal missiles," stressed Denys Monastyrskyy.
Moreover, the Minister noted that 18 people are currently known to be dead, 21 people are considered missing. 59 wounded appealed to doctors, 25 were hospitalized, 1 person died in hospital.
