We need a strong state targeted to improve the quality of life of people, in order to build such a state, we need to take into account the lessons and mistakes of the past. The Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov emphasized during his visit to Kharkiv.
"100th anniversary of declaration of the Act of the Reunification of the Ukrainian People's Republic and West Ukrainian People's Republic is a good reason to think about statehood, about the statehood that people need. We need a strong state, which focuses on the quality of life of people. And for this it is necessary to analyze the mistakes and lessons of the past. Today it is important to recall how the Ukrainian republic collapsed in the last century and how we should behave in order to resist," Arsen Avakov said.
The Minister added that Ukraine is facing new threats today. "These are challenges to our society triggered by external enemies. We have many pressing issues to be solved today", he underscored.
