Yulia Svyrydenko: 5 million Ukrainians have applied for the Winter Support programme

Already 5 million Ukrainians have applied for the Winter Support programme, including 951,613 applications for children. This was announced by Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko.
The programme provides, in particular, assistance of UAH 1,000, which can be spent on paying utility bills, purchasing medicines, Ukrainian-produced foodstuffs excluding excisable goods, books, as well as charitable contributions or postal services.
Applications will be accepted until 24 December 2025 inclusive via the Diia app or Ukrposhta.
Funds will be credited within 10 days of submitting the application.
