Since the beginning of the full-scale war, Ukraine and Ukrainians have faced new challenges that required new solutions.
To provide the necessary support to those citizens who need it most, the Government and the Ministry of Social Policy actively cooperated with international partners.
Thanks to this cooperation and the well-established coordination of international humanitarian aid with state programmes, Ukrainians from the most vulnerable categories received financial support worth UAH 4.73 billion in 2023-2024.

To ensure targeted assistance, the Ministry of Social Policy has simultaneously implemented several initiatives to support Ukrainians.
