The policy of the Government, aimed to promote economic upturn and to improve the welfare of citizens, is pursued to settle a number of pressing issues, in particular brain drain. Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman announced during a joint press conference with the Prime Minister of Latvia Māris Kučinskis.

"The issue of labor migration is relevant for the whole world. People are looking for a place where they will be rewarded for their intelligence. But we express commitment to spare no effort to make Ukraine a more comfortable country. The policy of my Government is aimed to create decent living conditions for people. I believe that in the medium term, we will be able to stop the process of brain drain," assured Volodymyr Groysman.
