March 1, 2018, First Deputy Prime Minister/Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine Stepan Kubiv and Head of Kyiv City State Administration Vitalii Klytchko signed a Memorandum on cooperation between the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine and Kyiv City State Administration.

Commenting on the contents of the Memorandum, Stepan Kubiv emphasized that at the local and central levels, public-private partnership (PPP) concentrates available resources to ensure economic development, allows to increase investments in modernization of old infrastructure and development of new infrastructure facilities.
