The effectiveness of reforms is being tested by us in eastern Ukraine and I mean planning, logistic, and manning tasks. Despite of challenges, we have certain progress”.
The Minister of Defence briefed the audience on the reforms progress, as well as about transformation management unit formed in Ukraine.
Ukraine is a priority country for the US and Europe, stressed Director of George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies Lt. Gen. (ret.) Keith W. Dayton during the Seminar.
“We have achieved progress since we started our cooperation. We should find the best understanding between the military and civilians, between public society and defenders. You are reforming your ministry during hostilities and our duty is to provide any advisory support, which will be helpful in your reforms”, Director Dayton underlined.
