
Volodymyr Groysman: The promise to restore the destroyed as a result of explosions at ammo depot villages in Vinnystia region has been accomplished
The promise to rehabilitate
the infrastructure in the rural areas of Vinnytsia
region that destroyed as a result of explosions at the military munition depots in September of 2017, has been financed and
fulfilled, and by the end of 2017 the residents will receive compensation for
the purchase of building materials. This was
stated by Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman. The
Head of Government is on a trip to Vinnytsia region
where he visited one of the most affected villages - Pavlivka.
In
late September about 24 thousand people had to be evacuated, over fifteen
thousand buildings and a local school were damaged.
"I promised then
not to abandon you. I have accomplished my promise," urged Volodymyr Groysman.
He reminded that under
the Government's ordinance there had been allotted UAH 100 million for
reconstruction activities in the region.
