One of the primary indicators of economic growth
and well-being of citizens will
be increase of minimum wage,
as well as
improvement average earning up 10,000 hryvnias in 2018. This statement
was issued by Prime Minister
of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman during a meeting with regional media.
"For next
year, 2018, we project growth of minimum wage
by another UAH 500, to UAH 3,723. It would be more
possible to raise wage under
condition of economic upturn. But one more
question is to bring the
average salary in 2018 up to
UAH 10,000 - at the same currency rate
and prices as today. Today
we have a figure that stands
at UAH 7400. I think, by the end
of next year
we can reach
UAH 10,000," summed up
the Prime Minister.
