According to him, the software developed within two years will be maintained with the support of experts from the EBRD. This software will have an open access under the preliminary agreement with the EBRD.

The EU confirmed its readiness to provide the Energy Efficiency Fund with EUR 100 million in order to start funding of specific energy efficiency projects.

"We expect to sign a financial agreement on the implementation of the Energy Efficiency Fund that is worth 100 million euros with the European Union. We also received assistance to the tune of 10 million euros from the German Government. This is just an initial step. The sustained cooperation that envisages five-year program of support for Energy Efficiency Fund is of utmost importance for Ukraine," the Vice Prime Minister underscored.
