Ukraine and Moldova coordinated further actions within the scope of the Roadmap for Cooperation - a meeting of Heads of Government of two States

Ukraine and Moldova commended the progress in implementing of the provisions of the Roadmap for Ukrainian-Moldovan cooperation inked by the Governments of the two States and both countries are keen on continuing a work on joint projects in energy, environmental protection and cross-border cooperation. Appropriate agreements were announced during a meeting between Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman and Prime Minister of Moldova Pavel Filip. The talks took place in Tbilisi as part of the Heads of Government participation in the international forum Tbilisi Belt&Road Forum.

The parties tackled the results of the expert groups' work on the project of the functioning of the Dniester Integrated Hydraulic Station and the preparation of a package of documents that includes Agreements on air traffic and on joint moto infrastructure as well as Dniester River Basin environmental projects that may be shortly signed.

The Prime Ministers analyzed the state of work on the demarcation of the entire state border. According to Volodymyr Groysman, there are no reasons to procrastinate on this issue.

"I want to underline that we have intensified our work in all directions, and we already have achieved some progress," the Head of Ukrainian Government stated.

In turn, the Prime Minister of Moldova emphasized that he was pleased to meet with his Ukrainian counterpart and he praised the opportunity that allowed to sum up the interim results of cooperation.
