Stepan Poltorak: Heroism and great deeds of air assault units are integral part of the newest history of Ukraine

Minister of Defence of Ukraine General of the Army of Ukraine Stepan Poltorak congratulated paratroopers on the Day of Air Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. “I congratulate you on your professional holiday! We celebrate the Day of Air Assault Forces on November 21 — the Day of the Archistratigus Michael who is the patron of paratroopers in many countries“, he stressed.

Heroism and great deeds of the Air Assault Forces are an integral part of the newest history of Ukraine, and the motto ‘Nobody, but us!’ means the defence of homeland, restoration of its territorial integrity and sovereignty.

I would like to thank our heroes because you are always at the forefront. We will win thanks to your professionalism, sacrifice, and courage.
