Ministry for Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities of Ukraine has completed the acceptance of regional development projects, which will be implemented at the expense of the state budget funds, obtained from the European Union (the sum worth UAH 630 million). 507 projects were submitted for consideration of the competition commission. Vice Prime Minister/ Minister for Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities of Ukraine Hennadii Zubko wrote in Facebook.

«Lviv region was the most active participant in the competition - 94 projects were submitted. The most popular directions: 222 projects, or 43% - under the program of rural development, 87 - innovative economy and investments, 73 development of human potential, 91 - development of tourism, 34 - development of all-Ukrainian solidarity», stressed the Vice Prime Minister.

5 working groups were formed in order to make preliminary expert evaluation of the projects. These groups will include MPs, representatives of Ministry for Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities of Ukraine, Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, line associations, donor organizations, scientists.
