Following the Ukraine-NATO agreements achieved at the NATO Wales Summit in September 2014, Ukraine is realizing projects of Command, control, and communications system improvement of the NATO Trust Fund.

One of the projects is a project of experience and knowledge sharing. According to this project, the NATO experts should conduct seminars for representatives of ministries and institutions of defence and security sector of Ukraine.

On October 2-11, the Main Communications and Information Systems Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with support of the National Defence University organized the second NATO practical methodological seminar.

Its participants share knowledge and experience regarding reorganization of HQ structures, formation of national protected communications networks and data transfer, command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C4ISR).
