On 31st August the joint press-conference by Embassy of Ukraine in China and China Overseas Development Association for Chinese entrepreneurs and media was held at the Embassy. It was dedicated to the forthcoming 1st Ukraine-China forum of SMEs to take place in Kiev on 9-10 October. The organizer and co-organizer of above Forum are Chamber of Commerce of Ukraine, China Overseas Development Association, Silk Road Cities Alliance, China Academy of Social Sciences and Kiev Institute of International Relations.

The side of Ukrainian diplomatic mission was presented by Victor Tanasiichuk, Minister Counselor, who delivered to the attendees the vast scope of Ukrainian economy reforming and business opportunities for the Chinese partners. After the meeting V.Tanasiichuk gave the individual interview to China Economic Herald, media division of National Development and Reform Commission.
