Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine: Ukrainian managers will gain experience in Germany
Within the framework of cooperation between the governments of Ukraine
and Germany, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine in
synergy with the German Corporation for International Cooperation (Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit, GIZ) implement a training program for
managers of companies and entrepreneurs with export-import potential.
The "Fit for partnership with Germany" program designed to
encourage Ukrainian enterprises to enter international markets, inter alia to
increase their competitiveness on the international markets. The internship is
aimed at improving the qualifications of the Ukrainian managers in the field of
foreign economic activity through their acquisition of new competencies in
various areas of business with German and other foreign partners.
A 4-week stay in Germany offers opportunities for networking with local
businesses, as well as familiarizing with the experience of solving many
managerial issues in innovation, technological and engineering solutions, etc.
during visits to German enterprises. Participants gain experience and
information from the leadership of the companies as well as on an example of
valid working cases.
GIZ works together with 13 German educational centers that host groups
of government officials and are responsible for implementing the Program
through the organization of business sessions and trainings.
