Enhanced defense capabilities of Ukraine that is suffering from Russia's hybrid aggression in the 21st century are in the interests of the whole world, since it is crucial for Ukraine to force the aggressor to restore respect for international law and to overcome global challenges. This was stated by Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman during the Ukraine Reform Conference in London. The event has become a landmark point in the visit of the Head of Government to the United Kingdom.

“I strongly believe that improving the defense capability of our state is in the interest of the entire democratic world. This is a challenge that affects everyone, regardless of the country he or she represents. This is an issue of values”, said Volodymyr Groysman.
