Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman advocates the elaboration of effective legislation on issues of road concessions as well as public-private partnership in the road sector. This was stated by the Prime Minister during his communication with journalists in Kyiv region where he inspected the state of the road repair activities on the highway Kyiv – Odessa.

«I am deeply convinced that we need to draft a fresh legislation on concessions and on public-private partnerships. The unworkable legislation or its absence can impede this process. We meet with investors, in the net there is nothing more to propose besides privatization and individual projects. In this regard there is a vital task to improve the system of concessions (roads) and public-private partnership», stressed the Prime Minister.
