Volodymyr Groysman urges Ministry of Defence of Ukraine to ensure holding a competitive and objective selection for special communication equipment for troops

Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman calls on the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine to ensure holding a competitive and objective selection for special communication equipment for Ukrainian troops. This was stated by Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman during A Question Time for the Government at the Verkhovna Rada.

"I appealed to the Minister of Defence of Ukraine with a single request to have a transparent and equitable competition that will enable professionals accordingly to NATO standards to determine which communication is reliable, safe, less expensive and cannot be "suppressed" by any country, including the aggressor country ,” stressed the Head of the Government.

In this context, he urged that in case of receiving any information regarding the corruption component in procurements, the relevant appeal will be sent to the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine immediately.

"I will make every effort to ensure that Ukrainian military personnel will receive not only the best special communication equipment but high-quality weapons technologies as well,” summed up the Prime Minister.
