The single electronic register of VAT refund which has been triggered on April 1 was a revolutionary measure towards reducing corruption in this sphere, about which the business representatives were constantly speaking about. This was stated by Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman during the Forum "Government under the Microscope: Yearly Results and Challenges."

The Prime Minister emphasized that all transformations which are being launched now in the system of State Fiscal Service are  the result of a constant dialogue with business environment.

The register of VAT refund is a key decision. We will achieve success. Corruption concerning the VAT refund will be eradicated,“ urged the Prime Minister.

The Head of Government accentuated that the next step is the establishment of Financial Investigations Service - a modern intellectual authority which will not allow anyone to avoid paying taxes.
