Ukraine has tremendous technological capabilities and is able to ensure prompt and effective transformation from the resource economy however to this end it is necessary to create favorable conditions. This was stated by Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman during the opening of the technopark UNIT City which will work in Kyiv and will focus on development of IT-technologies.

“This day marks historical opening for our country. When we look at our intellectual capabilities, we understand that we are capable to hold leading position due to our inventions. We have a lot of innovative ideas we can develop using the most essential we have-intelligence of young generation. What I saw (in technopark), and is a point of growth" stressed Volodymyr Groysman.

The Prime Minister highlighted that Ukraine has all opportunities for the development of innovation and digital economy. "The long expected step has been taken and it is it is one the beginning. Our capabilities enable us to hold leading positions and now it is crucial to create conditions for development".

 In this context the Head of Government pledges readiness to initiate adoption of the necessary legislation for the development of technoparks which will be the basis of innovative development of the country. "I hope the Parliament will support us," summed up the Prime Minister.
