“Armed Forces of Ukraine are ready for the truce but in case of threat to our positions we will respond to defend ourselves”, General Poltorak stated it during a briefing in the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine.

The Minister of Defence of Ukraine stressed that the Ukrainian army will take appropriate actions in case of the ceasefire violations to prevent the Ukrainian territory seizure.

“I hope that this time the agreements will be observed, but essentially it depends on terrorist groups and Russian Federation,” General of the Army of Ukraine Stepan Poltorak said.
