In the process of infrastructure
development in Ukraine we should harmonize all the directions, as a result it
would allow us to use at maximum our transit potential and build convenient
transport corridors both within the country and with other countries. This was
stated by Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman in his opening address
at the Government meeting on Wednesday.
"Concerted efforts in all areas of our transport sector prove necessary in order to form a single area with components complementing one another, namely: road, railway, sea ports and aviation. It should include both the development of international transport and the development of domestic conveyance," said Volodymyr Groysman.
He noted that in Ukraine the transit potential and corridors that can connect the country with other states aren’t used in full.
The Prime Minister assures that it is vital to improve the existing infrastructure. In this regard he noted that in recent years Ukraine had gained good prospects for the development of domestic air travel.
