  • 26 January Stepan Kubiv starts on a working trip to India

    January 26-28, First Vice Prime Minister/ Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine Stepan Kubiv shall pay a working visit to the Republic of India, where he is scheduled to participate in the 23rd Partnership Summit 2017 “Partnerships for Sustained Growth in an Emerging Global Economic Order” and to hold a number of bilateral meetings.

    At the Summit Stepan Kubiv will present the opportunities of cooperation with Ukraine in innovation, infrastructure, industry, trade areas and participate in the discussion of global trends in innovation and industrial development.

    Apart from that, Stepan Kubiv will join the celebrations on the occasion of Republic Day in India on January 26.

    Background

    The 23rd Summit “Partnerships for Sustained Growth in an Emerging Global Economic Order” is an annual economic forum organized by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) in partnership with the Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion, Ministry of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of India.

    The event annually gathers more than 1,500 participants from over 40 countries and aims at establishing international economic, trade and institutional cooperation, business networking, sharing of ideas among stakeholders on the best strategies and policies to help countries overcome the obstacles to improving competitiveness and integrate better into the globalized world.

    The summit will be held in Andhra Pradesh, India on 27-28 January 2017.
