  • U.S. Department of Commerce revoked an antidumping duty order on solid urea from Ukraine
    posted 05 January 2017 12:21

This key step from our partners is opening the U.S. market for Ukraine’s solid urea producers.

Department of Commerce issued an antidumping duty order on solid urea from Ukraine on July 14, 1987. In 1999, 2006, 2011 the Department initiated the sunset reviews of the orders and later published its notice of continuation of the antidumping duty orders on solid urea from Ukraine.

U.S. Department of Commerce did not receive a notice of intent to participate from the U.S. domestic interested parties in the fourth sunset review (2016).  As a result, the Department determined that no domestic interested party intends to participate in the sunset reviews and revoked an antidumping duty order on solid urea from Ukraine.
