The procedure of liquidation of OJSC SAC "Automobile Roads of Ukraine" has been suspended, it is planned to resume operation of the company.

Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Kistion said during his working visit to Odessa region while inspecting snowplows belonging to Odessa regional motor road service.

"Currently, we are terminating the procedure of liquidation of OJSC SAC "Automobile Roads of Ukraine", we are going to restore its activity, enhance technical capacities and raise salaries, as well as strengthen human resource," stressed Volodymyr Kistion.

He noted that the main task of OJSC SAC "Automobile Roads of Ukraine" is, first and foremost, operation and maintenance of motor roads.

"We have rather ambitious goals for 2017, but our road maintenance organizations in the first place must provide the proper level of operation. If there are appropriate technical and human resources, these can carry out work on reconstruction, capital repair, construction. But in my opinion, the major objects for capital repair and reconstruction must be handled by specialized organizations to be engaged through tendering procedures, through ProZorro", noted the Vice Prime Minister.
