Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman and EU Commissioner for European Neighborhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations Johannes Hahn arrived on a working visit to Vinnytsia on Thursday.

In the framework of the working trip they will get acquainted with the work of the Vinnytsia city center of administrative services, electronic capacities and services of Vinnytsia City Council and the progress of the decentralization reform in Ukraine.

Moreover, during their stay in Vinnytsia Volodymyr Groysman and Johannes Hahn will attend the presentation of the U-LEAD with Europe: Ukraine Local Empowerment, Accountability and Development Programme.
