You have devoted your lives to a critical, risky, difficult and important job – to serve the society through ensuring the protection of rights and freedoms, combating crime, maintaining public safety and order, as well as providing assistance to those who need it.

The reform of the Ukrainian police has become a model of successful democratic reforms in Ukraine while new police officers have already got their main award – the high level of trust of the Ukrainian society. Gradually and steadily, not in word but in deed, You embody the basic principle of law enforcement authority – to protect and to serve.

It is pleasant to note that in your daily activities You demonstrate high professionalism, courage, dedication to your work, Oath and duty, remaining impartial and fair-minded at that.
