The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted a resolution on the establishment of the National Agency for the identification, recovery and management of proceeds of corruption.

According to Minister of Justice Pavlo Petrenko, similar bodies exist in each and every country of the European Union. They have an ability to quickly obtain necessary data, on request of investigator, about the funds, property and other assets of a person suspected of commission of crime.

Another decision approved at a Government session was to ensure provision of electronic digital signature services to public servants of I-III categories and other equivalent posts.

"It is necessary to ensure that all civil servants, especially those who occupy responsible positions of I-III categories, would be ready from first days of operation of the new system to fill an e-declaration. In the next month, such officials will get a digital signature, undergo training on how to use the program and to fill out the Declaration of a new form," stressed Pavlo Petrenko.

At that, he added, in mid-March, the Ministry of Justice in cooperation with European partners will present an Electronic Declaration software, which is being developed with support of the European partners.
