Khatia Dekanoidze: No village should remain without attention of the police
The Head of the National Police of Ukraine Khatia Dekanoidze together with the head of the Kyiv regional police Vadym Trojan visited Bila Tserkva Police Department to control the work of the newly established emergency response teams of the patrol police.
The Deputy Head of the National Police of Ukraine Konstyantyn Bushuiev and the chief of the police of Kyiv region Vadym Trojan told about the regime of work of the response teams.
According to Khatia Dekanoidze, the police officers and the society should unite efforts to make the town a safe place. And it concerns not just cities but also smaller towns, as the police should operate in every village.
"Neither city nor small settlement should be left without attention of the police," said Khatia Dekanoidze.
The Head of the National Police also noted that people should feel a response to their appeals.
In turn, Vadym Trojan said that the way of patrolling streets by law enforcement officers had changed, thereby the speed of reaction to the complaints by citizens increased and time for the arrival of the police teams to calls reduced. He also expressed belief that after a month this innovation will yield tangible results.
