Interior Ministry summed up 2015 procurement via ProZorro e-system

According to some indicators, prices for purchased resources have been decreased by 20 percent due to the transparency of trading on the electronic platform. However, the Ministry continues to steadily implement the basic principles of public procurement, confirming in practice the efficiency of budget funds and their substantial savings.

In August-December 2015 the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine carried out 25 procedures of electron reductions on basic material resources - uniforms, personal protective equipment, vehicles, fuel, weapons.

Making trades via the ProZorro public procurement system made it possible to determine the most competitive prices. The results of monitoring cost, procurement quantitative parameters indicate that the Interior Ministry managed to achieve one of the lowest prices to all customers' defense and security sector of Ukraine on logistics and resource destination goods for military/law enforcement units.
