On 17 November, 2015, in Krasnoarmiisk during the press conference for local media abovementioned was said by Advisor to the Minister on ensuring TV and Radio broadcasting Oleksandr Brygynets .

"14 November, two radio FM-transmitters to organize broadcasting of TRC "Hromadske radio" were placed into service in Donetsk region. Thus, the transmitters were installed on the station Krasnoarmiisk (500 W, 99.6 MHz) and Kramatorsk (250 W, 103.2 MHz) of the Donetsk branch of BRT. The transmitters were placed into service in pursuance of the decision of the Commission on ensuring the stable functioning of the National Television and Radio Broadcasting under the Ministry of Information Policy of Ukraine, which every Tuesday takes appropriate decisions concerning the restoration of broadcasting in liberated territories of the east of Ukraine and where the "blind-spots" exist", said Oleksandr Brygynets.

Advisor to the Minister noted that the necessary tools for the installation of transmission equipment were provided by the Radio Company.

Thus, in November, BRT Concern has put into operation three transmitters in Donetsk region, according to the permissions by the National Television and Radio Broadcasting Council of Ukraine granted to "Hromadske radio" for temporary broadcasting, during the period of ATO.

At the same time Advisor to the Minister explained the work of the Commission under MIP and spoke about restoration of broadcasting coverage network of the Ukrainian TV channel in the liberated territories of Luhansk.

Recall that the Commission on restoration of TV and radio broadcasting holds weekly meetings with representatives of: the National Television and Radio Broadcasting Council of Ukraine, the Broadcasting, Radiocommunications & Television Concern (BRT), the Ukrainian State Centre of Radio Frequencies, SSU and MIP advisors, during which decisions on restoration of Ukrainian broadcasting in the eastern Ukraine, contiguous regions and the Crimea are taken.
