"We should finally abandon the practice of funding for beds and switch to funding for patient and particular medical services. I hope the Parliament will support these ideas", he said.

Arseniy Yatsenyuk emphasized that by the end of year "a balanced law of Ukraine on the state budget should be overwhelmingly approved": "The law should be considered simultaneously with a balanced tax reform, called to facilitate doing business, simplify tax administration and create conditions for attracting investment and additional capital in the Ukrainian economy".

The Head of the Government noted now the Ministry of Finance together with line ministers and the business community are engaged in work to ensure that such tax reform "could really add impetus to the development of the Ukrainian economy and allow to balance the state budget of Ukraine".

Today there is due a session of the National Security and Defence Council chaired by the President of Ukraine with the focus on the defense budget: "The Government is ready to offer our vision regarding the volumes of funding on national security and defense to be allocated for the next year".

He noted that the new Tax Code, which should be endorsed together with the law on the state budget, appears to be part of all the reforms for 2016.

Arseniy Yatsenyuk also reminded that on November 12, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine was to consider 15 economic laws on deregulation: "Despite the rather tense situation within the Ukrainian Parliament, we hope that all of them will demonstrate unity and the Ukrainian Parliament will back 15 laws submitted by the Government to promote deregulation, ensure fair and transparent privatization, attract investment, create new jobs, enhance investment in the fixed capital".
