Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk met with Chairman of Georgian Parliament David Usupashvili

On Tuesday, April 21, Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk met with Chairman of the Georgian Parliament David Usupashvili, who is visiting Ukraine.

The Prime Minister has stressed that Ukraine and Georgia share common security challenges, "Our neighbor is not the best one in the world. You stand in front of aggression, and we are now facing Russian aggression. So this is our common goal - to find an adequate response of the international community to combat Russian aggression."

The Prime Minister of Ukraine has noted the successful cooperation with Georgia in carrying out reforms, as well as active cooperation in the international arena.

"I am convinced that the relations between our two countries are the best, and thus we need to strengthen and deepen our cooperation", Arseniy Yatsenyuk said.

"The parliamentary dimension complements active intergovernmental contacts, so we believe your visit to Kyiv is very timely," the Prime Minister of Ukraine added.
