Danylo Lubkivsky says Gov't approved a bill allowing improve significantly business climate in Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the draft Law of Ukraine "On amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine (regarding the improvement of the business climate in Ukraine)" at its meeting on April 15, 2015. Adviser to the Prime Minister of Ukraine Danylo Lubkivsky informed this at his briefing at the Government House on April 17.

"This is a Government’s bill that will allow us to solve some fundamental auxiliary factors that significantly influence the position of Ukraine in the World Bank’s ranking", the adviser to the PM said.

According to him, today Ukraine occupies 96th place in the World Bank’s Doing Business ranking. There are ten indicators in this rating - from business registration system to international trade.

"The bill provides important steps aimed at improving the business climate by solving auxiliary factors. This is an effective system for solving insolvency and creditors’ rights protection, optimization of enforcement decisions, improving individual requirements in terms of maintenance and use of information of the State Land Cadastre, as well as in the field of the state registration of property rights and immovable property, etc.," Danylo Lubkivsky emphasized.
