Arseniy Yatsenyuk believes bills on reform Interior Ministry can change the whole system not just names

proposed by the Government on the Interior Ministry’s reform alters the
philosophy of reform. Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk has appealed to
the Parliament to adopt these bills, "in order to change the system, not
just change the names." He
has stated this at a visiting session of the Government at the National Academy
of Internal Affairs on Saturday, April 4.
