Viacheslav Kyrylenko: Government offers to summon an extraordinary Parliament's session to approve changes into the budget
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine will submit a bill on amendments to
the State Budget and a package of related bills until February 15.
This was stressed by Vice Prime Minister, Minister of Culture Viacheslav Kyrylenko at the
Conciliatory Council of the parliamentary faction leaders and chairmen of the
committees.
Moreover, Viacheslav Kyrylenko
informed about an initiative of the Cabinet of Ministers to hold an
extraordinary session of the Verkhovna Rada in late February to consider these
bills.
Vice Prime Minister noted that the previous weekend the Ukrainian
Government had had negotiations with the mission of the International Monetary
Fund regarding the obtaining of a financial aid. “Along the current projects,
financial assistance to Ukraine could be the largest ever in the entire history
of the IMF, if it is to be calculated in relation to the gross domestic product
which is forecast for this year, pursuant to the budget", Viacheslav Kyrylenko said.
