PM Arseniy Yatsenyuk met with Commander, U.S. European Command, Gen. Philip M. Breedlove

On Wednesday, November 26, Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk met with Commander, U.S. European Command and Supreme Allied Commander Europe Gen. Philip M. Breedlove, who is in Ukraine for a visit.

The Prime Minister of Ukraine confirmed readiness of the Ukrainian authorities to create all conditions for deepening effective cooperation between the relevant departments. In turn, General Philip M. Breedlove praised the Ukrainian-American cooperation in the military-technical sphere.

Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk and Gen. Philip M. Breedlove discussed the military-political situation in Ukraine, problems that arise on the territories controlled by terrorists and their settlement, particularly in the winter.

The parties also discussed the issues of military-technical cooperation as well as support in the implementation of reforms in the Ukrainian defense sector.
