Arseniy Yatsenyuk agreed the tasks for voting for Naftogaz at the general meeting of Ukrnafta shareholders
Prime Minister of
Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk has agreed with a representative of the NJSC Naftogaz
Ukrayiny the tasks for voting at the general meeting of PJSC Ukrnafta’s shareholders.
On Friday, October
10, an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of PJSC Ukrnafta is due. The statutory capital of the state in this
company is 50% +1 share.
The event’s agenda
includes the report of the Board of the enterprise for 2011-2013, the report of
the Supervisory Board, the Audit Commission, the distribution
of profits for 2011-2013, an order and terms of payment of dividends, change in
the composition of the Supervisory Board and Audit Commission.

It is planned on
the results of the meeting there will be distributed dividends to the state
budget of Ukraine. The general
assembly of Ukrnafta shareholders hasn’t been
gathered during three years, as also no decisions on payment of dividends
taken. |
