Ihor Teniukh: Armed Forces engaged in planned activity, no troops transfer to Crimea envisaged

During the
session of the Government on March 9, the acting Defence
Minister Ihor Teniukh
reported the Prime Minister and members of the Government about the state of
matters in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He underlined the AFU were at their home
stations, there were not planned any transfer of troops in the direction of the
Autonomous Republic of Crimea.

Ihor Teniukh informed thorough inspection of readiness of the
Armed Forces was being held. “Military staff is engaged into the planned
activities which have always been and will be in the Armed Forces. Certain subdivisions
are at their home stations, separate – go to training facilities pursuant to the
plan of training,” the acting Defence Minister
informed. |
