In 2013, the amount of the use of domestic construction materials increased by 10% and reached 80%

The Government pays special attention to the development of the construction industry and implementation of import substitution in the production of building materials. Due to the increase in construction, settlement of new and upgrading of existing productions in 2013 in Ukraine, the volume of using domestic building materials was increased by 10% and reached 80%. This was announced during the workshop by Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Olexandr Vilkul.

It is estimated that in 2014 the percentage of use in the construction of domestic construction material would reach 85% of the total amount.

In recent years, in the construction of the newest high-tech productions of building materials and upgrading of existing the domestic and foreign investors have directed tens millions. These productions are equipped with modern production of energy-saving technologies, advanced system control raw material and finished products, allowing you to produce competitive energy efficient building materials that meet both national and European standards.

Quality of Ukrainian building materials meets modern standards. Since 2010, Ukraine has reached a stable dynamics of exports over imports of building materials.
