Mykola Azarov expects from Volodymyr Makeyenko early adoption of the budget in Kyiv

Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov requires from a new Head of Kyiv City State Administration Volodymyr Makeyenko to adopt a balanced budget of the capital. This was started by PM on Saturday representing Volodymyr Makeyenko to the staff of the Kyiv City State Administration.

Mykola Azarov said that Volodymyr Makeyenko has all the necessary qualities for effective leadership of the capital. "I’m convinced that on this extremely important and responsible position at this time he will be able to efficiently organize the operation of the Kyiv City State Administration, he realizes that the “train” has to move forward," the Prime Minister said.

V. Makeyenko thanked the President and the Government for their trust and the appointment on the position of Head of the Kyiv City State Administration and he has already started the work on the life support of the city.
