Dear Ukrainians!

More than 55 hours of resistance. Our defenders have completely destroyed the enemy's plans.

As of this morning, the number of destroyed Russian occupiers exceeded 3,000 persons.

More than 200 interventionists were captured. The number of prisoners is increasing. They did not expect such a repulse and surrender.

Hundreds of armored vehicles were annihilated, including more than a hundred Russian tanks. Yesterday, 7 helicopters were shot down by Stingers.

The enemy is trying to change tactics. Russian troops are shelling residential neighborhoods, hospitals, and educational institutions.

As the rapid offensive by large columns was overwhelmed, Russia began to use sabotage and reconnaissance groups, landing troops more actively. Our army and territorial defense forces are neutralizing them effectively. But territorial defense forces need help to act ahead.

I appeal to everyone. 

There are adjusters in Kyiv, Kharkiv and other cities that can set fire to your homes or pave the way for Russian troops. They are the eyes of the enemy. If you see suspicious people setting up beacons, marking, or unable to clearly explain the purpose of their stay in a particular place, detain them yourself or inform the territorial defense forces. Detainees can be a source of useful information. 

I would like to address separately those who cooperate with the Russian occupiers or may be misled by their promises to "earn extra money." 

In two days, Russia killed nearly two hundred civilians, including three children. Another 33 children were injured. In such circumstances, you won’t be detained alive for sure. 

Give up criminal intent before it's too late. A special request for residents of Ukrainian villages and small towns, as well as all those who have the opportunity. 

If a column of Russian armored vehicles passes you, a column of fuel will follow it after a while. Detain or burn it. Russian tanks will simply stop, our troops will capture them and use them against the enemy.
