Made in Ukraine: Another 30 grants worth UAH 168.7 million approved for processing enterprises
The Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine has approved 30 new applications for the total amount of UAH 168.7 million under the Grants for Processing Enterprises program. Funding is provided on a co-financing basis—the state compensates up to 80% of the project cost, with the entrepreneur investing the rest. The program is implemented as part of the Made in Ukraine policy to support domestic producers.
Among the applicants in this wave are manufacturers of unmanned aerial vehicles, food products, printing houses, metal and woodworking enterprises, manufacturers of building materials, industrial equipment, furniture, as well as enterprises that produce fruit and vegetable preserves. This is convincing evidence of the sustained interest of businesses in the program and, at the same time, a potent source of economic momentum.
"Since the beginning of 2025, 289 positive decisions have already been made, totaling more than UAH 1.4 billion. Another 30 enterprises will receive grants for the development or restoration of their production capacities in the amount of UAH 168.7 million. State support is real and consistent. And we want as many processing enterprises as possible to feel it. That is why we have extended the last wave of applications until October 31 inclusive.
I urge entrepreneurs to take advantage of this opportunity. The next stage of accepting applications for grants for processing enterprises will start in 2026. This is due to the peculiarities of the budget process: All decisions must be made and financed within the current year," said Andrii Teliupa, Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine.
General terms and conditions of the Grants for Processing Enterprises program.
Grant funds received under the program can be used for the purchase, delivery, installation, and commissioning of production equipment; upgrading of facilities damaged by russian armed aggression; research and development (R&D) for the launch of new products.
Enterprises that grow perennial crops and are registered in the State Agrarian Register may also receive a grant under the program to purchase equipment for post-harvest processing of agricultural products.
Funding is provided on the basis of co-financing by the state and the applicant:
50% to 50% — standard conditions;
70% to 30% — in the case of purchasing equipment exclusively manufactured in Ukraine;
80% to 20% — for enterprises in frontline and de-occupied territories, UAV manufacturers and printing houses, for affected enterprises.
Maximum grant amount:
up to UAH 8 million — for development;
up to UAH 16 million — for restoration (but not more than the confirmed losses).
Receiving a grant requires the creation of at least 5 jobs. The applicant must also pay taxes and fees for 3 years in an amount not less than the amount of the grant received.
Enterprises that have fully complied with the program's conditions may reapply after three years (from the date of receiving the grant funds).
It is worth noting that the Grants for Processing Industry Enterprises program is part of the Made in Ukraine policy for the development of Ukrainian manufacturers.
