Made in Ukraine: Since the beginning of the year, the state has supported non-raw material exports worth nearly UAH 9.5 billion
Over the first nine months of 2025, the Export Credit Agency of Ukraine (ECA) provided insurance support for Ukrainian non-raw material exports amounting to UAH 9.49 billion. This is more than 66.5% higher than the same period last year (UAH 5.7 billion).
“Support for non-raw material exports is an important component of the Made in Ukraine policy to develop Ukrainian manufacturing. The state provides tools not only for the operation of production facilities across the country, but also for companies’ entry into foreign markets. There, businesses primarily need risk reduction – and we offer insurance for export credits and foreign economic contracts through ECA. The over 60% growth in the volume of supported exports shows that these tools are working clearly and effectively, strengthening the presence of Ukrainian manufacturers on international markets,” noted Andrii Teliupa, Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine.
From January to September 2025, ECA insured credit agreements worth more than UAH 1.18 billion.
