Made in Ukraine: Two more industrial parks to receive state incentives worth UAH 56 million
The Ministry of Economy and Environment of Ukraine has approved state incentives for two industrial parks totaling UAH 56 million.
Funding will be provided to:
• Industrial Park “ART PAK INDUSTRIAL” (Khmelnytskyi region) – UAH 9.699 million for the construction of access roads to the park.
• Industrial Park “KRONOSPAN RIVNE” (Rivne region) – UAH 46.305 million for the development of energy infrastructure.
With today’s decision, since the beginning of 2026, four industrial parks have already received state incentives for four projects totaling UAH 152 million.
“State incentives are a real tool that enables initiators and managing companies of industrial parks to build industrial infrastructure, attract investment, and develop the processing industry. Thus, the parks in Khmelnytskyi and Rivne regions will have an opportunity to launch new production facilities more quickly,” noted Vitalii Kindrativ, Deputy Minister of Economy and Environment of Ukraine.
Funds are provided on a co-financing basis: 50%–50% (or 20%–80% for de-occupied and frontline territories, as well as for restoring infrastructure damaged by hostilities). Applications can be submitted through one of four authorized banks: Oschadbank, Ukreximbank, and Ukrgasbank.
Recipients of state incentives, in addition to co-financing, undertake obligations to commission at least 5,000 sq. m of industrial real estate and attract at least two industrial enterprises within three years.
Currently, Ukraine has 123 registered industrial parks across almost all regions.
Consultations on participation in the program are provided by the Department of Industrial Parks and Investment Support of the Ministry of Economy and Environment.
As of the end of 2025, 37 industrial enterprises had been built or were under construction in industrial parks. The total volume of investments attracted to industrial parks exceeds UAH 45 billion.
Industrial parks are an integral part of the Made in Ukraine policy for the development of domestic producers.
