Made in Ukraine: New industrial park registered in Odesa region
The Pivdennyi Eco-Industrial Park (located in Podilsk, Podilsk district, Odesa region) has been added to the Register of Industrial Parks. The decision was approved by the Government during its meeting on 3 September.
“The creation of a new industrial park in the Odesa region is a step towards developing the processing industry and attracting investment to the region. The Pivdennyi park will create approximately 1,500 jobs in areas such as food production, non-metallic mineral products, mechanical engineering, furniture manufacturing, and other sectors. This is another significant milestone in implementing the Made in Ukraine economic policy, aimed at supporting Ukrainian producers,” said Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture Vitaliy Kindrativ.
Ukraine now has 105 registered industrial parks. The Pivdennyi Eco-Industrial Park is the 14th park added to the Register of Industrial Parks in 2025.
The initiative to establish the Pivdennyi Industrial Park came from the Podilsk City Council. The park’s managing company is ECO SOLUTION LLC. The total area of the industrial park spans 37.39 hectares.
The park will focus on the following key industries:
- Food production;
- Non-metallic mineral product manufacturing;
- Metal product manufacturing;
- Machinery and equipment manufacturing;
- Furniture production;
- Scientific and technical activities, among others.
The estimated total capital investment in the construction of the industrial park’s facilities is approximately UAH 3.7 billion. The Podilsk City Council has confirmed plans to attract investments of USD 83 million for the park’s development. Funding sources include the managing company, park participants, investors, international technical assistance, and state and local budgets.
