Made in Ukraine: Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture transferred UAH 86.3 million in compensation for 25% of the cost of Ukrainian agricultural machinery based on November's applications

The Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine transferred UAH 86.3 million for November applications from agricultural producers under the programme of partial compensation of 25% of the cost of Ukrainian agricultural machinery and equipment. The programme is part of the Made in Ukraine policy for the promotion of domestic producers.

In November 2025, farmers submitted 401 applications for compensation for the cost of 771 units of Ukrainian-made agricultural machinery and equipment. The total cost of the purchased equipment was UAH 414.2 million. The state compensated UAH 86.3 million.

The equipment purchased by farmers included soil cultivation and sowing equipment, harvesters, grain cleaning and elevator equipment, grain dryers, conveyors, truck scales, and other modern equipment manufactured in Ukraine. These products were manufactured by 38 Ukrainian machine-building enterprises from all regions of the country.

"The programme to compensate 25% of the cost of Ukrainian agricultural machinery is one of the most popular tools of the Made in Ukraine policy. During the current stage of the programme, which began in December 2024, farmers have already purchased more than 8,400 units of domestically produced agricultural machinery and equipment. These are additional orders for Ukrainian machine-building enterprises and funds that remain in the Ukrainian economy through wages, taxes, and investments in production," said Vitalii Kindrativ, Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine.

In December, the Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture expanded for the seventh time the list of agricultural machinery and equipment that can be purchased with a 25% compensation. Currently, it includes 14,425 items from 166 Ukrainian manufacturers.

To take advantage of the 25% compensation programme, agricultural producers must be registered in the State Agrarian Register (SAR).

Producers who wish to include their products in the list can apply to the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture by submitting an application via the Ministry's official website.

As a reminder, compensation of 25% of the cost (excluding VAT) is provided for Ukrainian agricultural machinery and equipment with at least 60% localisation. Special conditions apply to certain categories, such as combine harvesters, tractors, self-propelled sprayers and grain carriers. The programme is being implemented as part of the Made in Ukraine manufacturer development policy.
