Made in Ukraine: Over 200 new items added to the List of Agricultural Machinery and Equipment eligible for 25% compensation

The Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine has updated the List of domestically produced machinery and equipment for the agro-industrial complex for the sixth time in 2025, with 25% of their cost (excluding VAT) compensated by the state. This time, 212 new product items and one new manufacturing plant have been added. In total, the List now includes 14,209 items from 162 Ukrainian manufacturers.

"The development of Ukrainian machine-building, including the agricultural sector, is one of the key goals of the Made in Ukraine policy. The 25% cost compensation program creates additional demand for products from domestic enterprises, encourages them to expand production, and invest in new solutions. Since the beginning of the year, the List has grown by nearly 2,500 items, with 22 new manufacturers joining. This clearly demonstrates the program’s effectiveness: farmers modernize their equipment fleets on preferential terms, while machine builders gain new customers," said Andrii Teliupa, Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine.

For the first time, products from the LLC Plant "POLYGON" (Odesa) have been included in the List. New items from companies already participating in the program have also been added:

- Individual entrepreneur Tomchuk A.M. (Zhytomyr region) – 27 new items;

- Elevator Equipment Plant (Odesa region) – 22 items;

- BILOTSERKIVMAZ (Kyiv region) – 5 items;

- TMS-TRADING (Cherkasy) – 115 items.

As a reminder, the 25% cost compensation (excluding VAT) is provided for agricultural machinery and equipment with a confirmed localization level of at least 60% (special conditions apply for combines, tractors, self-propelled sprayers, and grain trucks). The updated list is published on the website of the Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine.

How to Benefit from the Program

To take advantage of the state support program and receive 25% cost compensation for purchased machinery or equipment, an agricultural producer must select a supplier from the List on the Ministry’s website, purchase the necessary equipment, and submit an application along with supporting documents to an authorized bank.

Manufacturers wishing to include their equipment in the List can contact the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture at the official email address — meconomy@me.gov.ua. Applications are submitted electronically using an electronic signature or other identification methods that verify the identity of the company’s director or authorized representative.
