Every Ukrainian family whose home was damaged as a result of russian aggression will receive support from the state. This was stated by Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal during a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers on 21 March.

He emphasised that up to UAH 350,000 for apartment repairs and up to UAH 500,000 for private house repairs can be obtained under the eVidnovlennia programme.

"Tens of thousands of Ukrainians have already benefited from the eVidnovlennia programme, and we will continue to expand it. After all, housing is a key priority of the Government in this year's reconstruction programme," the Prime Minister stressed.

Besides, Denys Shmyhal noted that other areas of reconstruction the Government was focusing on included energy, social infrastructure, civil protection, in particular ‘large shelters’ based on the Finnish model.

"During the visit of the President of Ukraine to Finland, agreements were finalised on the creation of a ‘coalition of civil protection shelters’. This will significantly enhance our capabilities in this area," the Prime Minister stressed.
